DOLE, SM ink partnership for Job Fair

Last April 22, SM Supermalls and the Department of Labor and Employment along with other partners signed a memorandum of agreement for the conduct of the annual Labor Day Job Fair.

SM Mindanao Malls have been hosting the Labor Day Job Fair for the past years. SM malls nationwide have remained steadfast in its commitment to be catalysts for community development, as they also aim to salute the new graduates and assist as many qualified individuals in finding employment.

There will be 75 companies participating in this year’s Job Fair on May 1 at SM City Davao Event Center, 25 of which will be for overseas deployment.

A Mini Job Fair will also be mounted at the Ground Floor of the Annex on April 26 to April 28.  Interested jobseekers may pre-register at the said mini job fair in order to fast track their job searching on the main Job Fair. Computers provided by ACLC will be available for the said job fair registration.

On April 29, Job seekers in SoCCSkSarGen have an opportunity to apply to over 70 companies with more than a thousand job vacancies both local and abroad at the Trade Halls 1 and 2 of SM City General Santos.
