Want to develop apps? To enable the Developer Mode for Windows 10 for both PC and Phone, here are the following steps to consider: (This might tricky at first, since this is my first time to get deeper in Windows 10 and not yet familiar with the ‘whole’ environment. I read some tutorials or articles but I found it somehow difficult to do or not even in simplified,, and I consumed half day to get things done. T_T)

“Develop your app with Microsoft Visual Studio -Â If you use Microsoft Visual Studio on a Windows 10 device and you open a solution for a Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 app, you are prompted to enable your device with this dialog. You need your device to be enabled to use the designers and debug your app.”
In order to Enable Developer Mode for Windows 10 (PC & Phone)
- Go to SETTINGS > UPDATE & SECURITY then click FOR DEVELOPERS.

- For mobile device – SETTINGS >Â UPDATE & SECURITY then click FOR DEVELOPERS

- Then, after setting up, you need to download this Software Development Kit (SDK), here.
- To connect to Device Portal, you must enable Device discovery (Photo above). This lets you pair your phone with a PC or other Windows 10 device. Both devices must be connected to the same sub net of the network by a wired or wireless connection, or they must be connected by USB.

- I used this method by connecting the USB connector to USB port:
- Type this on your browser  > Â
https://127.0.0.1:10080 (above photo)Â - The first time you connect to Device Portal, you are asked for a case-sensitive, 6 character security code (Photo above). For the security purposes (beware of attackers). Press the Pair button on your phone to generate and display the code, then enter the 6 characters into the text box in the browser.

- Type this on your browser  > Â
- This is what it looks liked when you successfully paired your Windows Phone and your PC.
- After that, setup the Properties of your first application by going to  PROJECT.. > Your Project Properties  (Photo Below)

- After that.. try to run your first app and see it through your Phone. (Photo below)
