UPDATE 11/24/2017: Finally! received an email saying my EON EMV Card is ready for Pick up, saying “XXXXXXX, your all-new EON card is ready for pick up. You can now pick up your all-new EON card! Don’t forget to bring the original ID you used when you updated your info online and present it to our Sales and Service Officer in the branch to claim your card.”
UPDATE 11/23/2017: Received an text update from Unionbank that my card is finally shipped, saying “Yahoo! Your new EON card is on its way to your branch. Sit tight and you’ll hear from us again once it’s ready for pick up. Ref No CBRXXXXXXXXXXX.”
UPDATE 11/21/2017: After almost 20 days of waiting. Finally! I just received a text message from Unionbank saying “Hey there! We’re now prepping your new EON card for delivery to the branch. We’ll text you again once it’s ready for pick up! Ref No CBRXXXXXXXXXXX.” Maybe UnionBank has lots of application to process that’s why it takes almost 3 weeks to process your application. It’s very easy and simple, for EON card holder just visit www.eonbankph.com/levelup. Fill up and update your EON information in it. You also need to upload your latest photo and a valid government ID. Don’t forget to fill up the pick up point as well, this is where you’ll claim your new EMV Smart Chip card.
Once done filling up, you’ll be notified in 5 to 7 days for the update of your application. You’ll also received a follow up text and email.
