Q.: Is it okay to link the eon card to my PayPal account and start to transfer funds for withdrawal?
A.: You can if you’re using any of the Leveled up cards which are the EON Lite, EON Plus & EON Pro.
But if your card is just the EON Starter Kit, unfortunately, its features does not include an option to linking to your Paypal account.
Q.: No need for remaining balance in my eon account?
A.: YES. No maintaining balance required as it is considered as “cash card” or “E-Wallet”, and also bcoz it doesnt earn interest rate from the Bank.
But I suggest that you keep atleast 8php/month for the annual fee for cards EON SK or EON Lite.
Then 17php/mo. for EON Plus & 29php/mo. for the EON Pro. 🙂

A.: I supposed thats the EON Starter kit that you bought from 7/11, if so… then the answer is NO. No withdrawal of cash thru ATM or any other over the counter encashment is allowed for the EON Starter Kit. Consider this card as your ready money intended for paying your online/retail purchases. 🙂
Withdrawal of cash are only available for Eon Lite, Plus & Pro.

I just want to ask what’s the catch with upgrading from the starter kit to eon lite?
I emailed the support team if it’s possible to withdraw funds via an atm machine. Support said yes it is possible but I need to upgrade to the lite account.
Anyone here who’s already tried qmwithdrawing funds using their catd via atm?
If it’s not too much to ask, what are the other perks and benefits that I can enjoy when do the upgrade? Are there any fees associated?

I am now an EON Lite user. Brought the card at 7/11 tho. Can I withdraw the cash inside the account through any BancNet ATM’s now? I mean, I’ve already read articles about EON. But I need someone who can tell me and make it clear for me. I am kind of paranoid with stuffs like these. Cheers mate. Hehe.
